For a soul to find peace, a person must be baptized, married and and buried with a priest. Young romanians who lose their life young and unmarried will be driven on their last trip by a women wearing wedding veil and, if the dead is a girl, she will be buried dressed as a bride.
As creepy as it sounds, this enforcement of an illusion of a fully lived life can be a consolation to the mournful family.
